Increase Stature of Limitations for Sexually Harassed Individuals in Workplace

Extending the statute of limitations is essential. Many survivors need time to process what happened, feel safe, and come forward. The current time limits often protect perpetrators more than victims. This change would create a more fair and just system.

Couldn’t have said it any better. The trauma, the processing, and the anguish have no time limitations. A reasonable extension should be heavily considered.
